Please remove all jewelry in ears and necklaces on neck area. We make every attempt to make sure that you're satisfied with your service. It begins with a consultation so that both the stylist and client are clear on what is desired and how much it will cost before any work begins. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the outcome or if there is something you'd like me to adjust, please let me know before you leave your appointment. Cancellation Policy
I know things come up and I’m here to work with you schedules-But I charge a 100% cancellation fee for no-call ,no-shows or cancellations within 24hours of appointment
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while travelling to the salon location for their appointment. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the client will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
